~Woo Hoo! I got my funk back~

Well it took me a little bit of time to be my funk is back but I think it was well worth the wait.....lol It took me 2 day to complete them but I did it! I still need to do some tweeking but other than that. I'm pretty happy with how they turned out. I never really follow a pattern. I usually make up my own steps as I go. I used the free pattern from Tennessee Ridge Primitives to make these. I just love her patterns.                                                 Just out of curiosity.I want to sell them at the flea market. How much should I ask for them?

Hi Patti, Smart minds think alike, huh? I have this same stocking on my craft table. It's all finished just not assembled yet. I only sell fall, christmas items at my one show so this stocking is for me. Don't know about the pricing. In my area prims are not really popular so I have to sell cheap. I know counting my time I don't make much but its fun. If I were selling it here in my area I would get between 12-$15 for it. But don't go by my judgement. You did a great job. Can't wait to get mine finished.

Wow - these are great Patti! Love those little bells on the toes! Pricing is so hard, isn't it? Good thing crafters don't charge by the hour! LOL! ~*~Lisa

Hi Patti! Congrats on being crafty-creative again! I'm still waiting for my crafting bug to return. I've got so much I want to make but I've been busy with other things for a while now. Your stockings are great & I agree on selling them for about $15.00. (My friends & I always priced things a penny below a rounded figure so we'd sell these for $14.99. It's a retailing trick ... most people look at that & say "Look! Only $14.00!" Lol! It's REALLY hard selling crafted things for what they are truly worth including the time you've put into them. I always kind of look at what I've made & think "What would I pay for this?" & go from there. Can't wait to see other things you will be making! Blessings, Shirlee
