~Sundays Supper Surprise~

Today was my sons, Ryan day to pick supper. He choose "Chicken Lo Mein". Its usually Julie,Ryan and Doug doing all the cooking but Julie fell asleep while watching tv. So I stepped in and took her place. Ryan and I prepped all the foods except the chicken. Doug already the chicken marinating  in the refrigerator. This is a easy and quick meal to make. I want to make some more soon but with shrimp. I just love Chinese food.

Sounds good! Now what type of Soy sauce do you use? Some of them aren't that great! I was too tired to cook last night, it was a sandwich night.
Have a good week.
Blessings,
Renee
